The 6th North American FT-ICR Conference will be April 1-5, 2007. It will begin Sunday, April 1st, with a welcome mixer in the evening and end Wednesday, April 4th, with the banquet dinner. Breakfast will be provided on Thursday, April 5th.

The 6th North American FT-ICR MS Conference will be held at the Granlibakken Conference Center and Lodge located on Lake Tahoe in Tahoe City, CA.
Granlibakken is a Norwegian name meaning a hill sheltered by trees. Granlibakken Resort is family-owned, occupying 74 wooded acres in a picturesque mountain valley. Spectacular Lake Tahoe is just minutes away. Friendly but shy bears and other wildlife can be spotted on occasion. Registration fee includes: Conference fee, lodging for four nights (April 1-4), welcome reception on April 1, breakfast for four days (April 2-5), lunch for two days (April 2 and 4), and dinner for two days (April 2 and 4).
Early registration by February 16, 2007:
Full participant, double occupancy: $999.
Full participant, single occupancy: $1,250.
Student participant with presentation: $300.*
Late Registration from February 17 - March 5, 2007:
Full participant, double occupancy: $1,499.
Full participant, single occupancy: $1,750.
Student participant with presentation: $500.*
Early registration is open until February 16, 2007. Late registration will begin February 17 and end March 5, 2007. Registrations after March 5 will be on space-available basis. There will be no on-site registrations.
Spouse rate is $525, in addition to the full participant double occupancy fee for the attendee. Spouse fee includes lodging, accommodations and meals as provided by the conference.
*Student rate requires an advisor letter to be submitted with the registration form verifying participation and student status. Student slots with presentation are limited and will be on a first-come basis. Notification verifying student rate will be sent to the participant.
Receipts for the registration fee will be delivered via e-mail after processing of the payment is complete.

Lodging is included as part of your registration fee. Lodging nights include arrival on April 1, with departure on April 5. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any miscellaneous charges made in the lodging rooms will be the responsibility of the conference attendee. All rooms will be double occupancy rooms, unless attendee pays for a single occupancy room. Rooming assignments will be made by the conference. Rooming suggestions are requested and will be accommodated as best as possible.
Participants who check in a day late or checkout a day early will be charged the full package price unless the alternate arrival/departure dates are confirmed 72 hours prior to arrival. Please see cancellations for any additional charges.
Transportation is available from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport at a cost of $35 per person each way, with a minimum of two total fares for the trip. If two fares are not available, cost will be $60 for the one-way fare. Reservations must be made 7 days prior to arrival. From Sacramento (100 miles)
From Interstate 80 take Highway 89 south from Truckee to the "Y" in Tahoe City. Follow Highway 89 south for 1/2 mile to Granlibakken Road. Turn right and continue for 3/4 of a mile to the deck overhang of the main lodge.
From Southern California
Follow Highway 395 to Highway 50 west in Carson City. Turn right on Highway 28 along the east and north shores of Lake Tahoe to Tahoe City. Turn left at the stoplight and continue 1/2 mile on Highway 89 to Granlibakken Road. Turn right and continue for 3/4 of a mile to the deck overhang of the main lodge.
From Reno/Tahoe International Airport (54 miles)
Take the Highway 395 north on-ramp from the airport, then exit to Interstate 80 west. Use directions from Sacramento (above).
Cancellations made before March 25, 2007 will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made after March 25, 2007 but before March 29, 2007 will receive a full refund minus a 20% processing fee. Cancellations made on or after March 29, 2007 will receive a full refund minus a 50% processing fee.
Participants who check in a day late or check out a day early will be charged the full package price unless the alternate arrival/departure dates are confirmed 72 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellation of shuttle service must be made within 24 hours of arrival or departure. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure are non-refundable, however, the cancellation policy does not include delayed or cancelled flights.

Invited speakers should submit an abstract for their talk no later than February 16, 2007. Abstracts should be no longer than one page and emailed to ft-icr2007@magnet.fsu.edu on the Abstract Submittal Form.
Speakers will receive one complimentary registration fee, which includes conference fee, lodging and meals provided by the conference.
Except for the plenary talk, all talks should be 20 minutes in length.
