GaAs/AlGaAs Multilayers

This TEM dark field image showing molecular beam epitaxial film of GaAs/AlGaAs multilayers used in the chip of a cell phone. The AlGaAs layer shows bright contrast, while the GaAs layer shows darker contrast.
