Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the Residence Inn Marriott from November 6–8 for invited speakers and Energy Workshop participants only. Speakers/participants must make their own reservations; to ensure the special group rate of $85.00 per night, make sure you indicate the name of the event, which is “Florida State University National High Magnetic Lab Room Block.” Individual attendees must call 1-800-331-3131 (toll-free) to reserve a room, or may choose to make their reservations via the Internet; please visit the Residence Inn Marriott website and enter the arrival and departure dates to begin the reservation process. Please note that the cutoff date for group rates is Monday, October 22, 2012.
