Registration Fees
No-late-fee registration extended to 25 June 2011!

Early Registration, by June 25th: $500 USD
Early Registration Fee for Students (with proof) by June 25th: $350 USD
Registration fee for students (with proof) after June 25th: $450 USD
Registration after June 25th: $550USD

The registration fee covers all special events for conference participants, along with morning/afternoon coffee break and lunch each day, July 25-29. Companions are welcome to participate in special events at the additional costs. For further information on special events, see the Social Program page.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are not refundable. The Organizing Committee may make exceptions on a case by case basis under exceptional circumstances. Please address requests for refunds to the Organizing Committee.
