PPHMF-VII registration is being provided by the Florida State University Conference Center to comply with University policies and to provide a secure environment for financial information.

Registration Fees
Early Registration, by Oct. 25: $550 USD
Registration after Oct. 25: $600 USD

The registration fee covers all special events for conference participants, along with breakfast and lunch each day, Dec. 4-8. Companions are welcome to participate in special events at the additional costs. For further information on special events, see the Social Program page.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are not refundable. The Organizing Committee may make exceptions on a case by case basis under exceptional circumstances. Please address requests for refunds to the Organizing Committee.
